I like the shorthand on the sign! 'Q' sounds just the same as 'Queue' anyway, doesn't it?
You did a super job on the "Q". That is a hard one to find. Cute idea.
Americans seem disinclined to do the queue; they tend to be line people, except as required (airport).

I recently visited Seoul and Beijing and was fascinated by the "queue here" signs. They queue much more nicely than we do in the U.S. I think.
Look at menu, I will not mind to queue at all!!
